“Batsons” casting complete!

We’re happy to announce that in addition to co-creator Ron Fontes, Lisa Muller-Jones, Brent Askari, and Kate Davis, the ensemble cast of The Batsons is rounded off by our teen actors: Benjamin Myrshall, Ben’s sister Rebecca, and Aaron Lockman! Voice-over sessions for “The Trouble with Fang!” and “Carmilla’s Crush” will take place at Mind’s Eye Productions prior to I-CON, and we can’t wait to share the results with you!

First Batsons reading this Sunday…

Hi all, Lance and Bill-O here,

We’re pleased to announce that the adult voices for The Batsons have been cast: in addition to our old friend Brent “Kalif Bajar” Askari, The AudioComics Company formally welcomes Lisa Muller-Jones and Kate Davis to the fold, as well as co-creators Ron and Justine Fontes. We’ll be reading various kids voices as well, with full casting completed in the next two weeks. The Dufris living room will host the first full readings of “The Trouble with Fang!” and “Carmilla’s Crush” this Sunday, March 13, and with it comes the electricity that comes with the development of a new work. We’re very hopeful that this will be the beginning of The Batsons‘ invasion of children’s publishing, including graphic novels and down the road, (we hope) animated television. And it all starts with AudioComics.
